Spent Christmas at a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. The apartments were beautiful, with a cosy and inviting atmosphere. We loved the coffee machine in the room, it was a real treat. The location was excellent, with easy access to all parts of the city and stunning views. The staff was kind and accommodating, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. an exceptional getaway for the holidays.

While everything was great, we did encounter a minor issue with our room key not working late at night. It took a bit of time to get in touch with somebody but once we did, they were quick to respond and eventually resolved the issue.

Clean room with a good-sized Nespresso machine and cups provided. Convenient location near cozy bars - coffee shops - theater, and schloss. Friendly and responsive staff - even on weekends.
